Shirley Ashby
Shirley is an Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She is registered on the United Kingdom Register of Counsellors (UKRC) reflecting her extensive training and experience.
Working with people from all walks of life, one of Shirley’s interests is the relationship between the mind and the body; how often the stresses and strains held in the mind can manifest themselves as a physical symptom. It is widely recognised that talking to a trained professional can often help reduce symptoms of both body and mind.
