The Physiotherapy Centre is committed to meeting the needs of our patients and to offering the best treatment and service possible.

As part of this commitment we regularly carry out a satisfaction survey to find out what our patients think of us and what we can do to make their experience even better.

100 patients were asked to complete our questionnaire and for each question, the patient was asked to give us a score from 1 - 5 (where 1 = Poor and 5 = Excellent) or a simple Yes/No answer. 

In summary, it appears that our patients share our feelings that we are generally providing an excellent service, however, if there is anything you can suggest that will further improve what we offer or how we do things, please feel free to let us know by e-mailing us through our contact sheet.
