  combined with exercise therapy and stretching is effective for all musculo-skeletal conditions.
   
• Back pain, sciatica, cervical spondylosis and headaches all respond well to these gentle mobilising techniques.
   
• We have facilities for cervical and lumbar mechanical traction used for slipped discs and arthritic problems of the spine.
   
• Graded exercise is always an important part of rehabilitation and will be introduced into your treatment plan as is necessary.
