The Physiotherapy Centre was established in 1992 by Patricia Bartley, the Practice Principal, initially in Brenchley House Sittingbourne. With continued success and growth, larger premises were required so The Physiotherapy Centre moved in 2002 to a self contained, two storey building just off the high street. The new premises was converted to provide treatment rooms, a rehabilitation room, a teaching area, offices and staff room.

Karen Fawcett became a Partner in the practice in 2003 and now with Paul Devitt, Ben Muvhuti, and Susan Rhodes, we have a highly skilled team of Physiotherapists. The Physiotherapy Centre is equipped to treat a wide range of Orthopaedic conditions from complex post-operative surgery to Arthritis and general aches and pains.

Physiotherapists working at The Physiotherapy Centre are members of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, The Organisation of Physiotherapists in Private Practice Physio First and are registered with the Health Professions Council.

Each member of the Physiotherapy team has specialist areas of expertise which include Manipulative Therapy, Sports Science and Acupuncture.

Our Administration team deal with the day to day running of the practice and are the first contact you will have with The Physiotherapy Centre. Any queries can be directed to our administration staff in the first instance and will be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
